1. Green Bhoomi Project - भूमि संस्था द्वारा ग्रीन भूमि परियोजना का संचालन सेवा नर्सरी हल्द्वानी के साथ मिलकर किया जा रहा है सम्बन्धित परियोजना के माध्यम से संस्था द्वारा सेवा नर्सरी से सहयोग लेकर लोगों को नयी प्रजाति के फलदार पौध निःशुल्क प्रदान करने का कार्य समय समय पर किया जाता है परियोजना के तहत अधिकत्तर एक वयक्ति को एक बार में अधिकतम पाँच पौंध प्रदान किये जाते हैं जिससे की अधिक से अधिक लोगों तक नहीं प्रजाति के पौधों को पहुँचाया जा सके, भूमि संस्था द्वारा भारत में सर्वप्रथम बनाना पैशन फ्रूट की नर्सरी तैयार कर उत्तराखण्ड के पहाड़ी क्षेत्रों में सम्बन्धित फल का सफलता पूर्वक उत्पादन शुरू करने का कार्य किया गया है जो इस परियोजना की एक महत्वपूर्ण उप्लब्धि रही है इसके अतिरिक्त ड्रैगन फ्रूट की उत्तराखण्ड में पहली नर्सरी भी संस्था द्वारा तैयार कर लोगों को इसकी खेती के लिए प्रेरित करने का कार्य किया जा रहा है वर्तमान में संस्था द्वारा अनेक विदेशी प्रजातियों के फलदार पौधों को अपने देश में पैदावार देने के लिए तैयार करने हेतु कार्य किया जा रहा है परियोजना का मुख्य उद्देश्य पर्यावरण संरक्षण, स्वच्छता एवं स्वास्थय को सुधारने में फलदार वृक्षों की भूमिका से जनसमुदाय को परिचित करा कर लोगो को फलदार पौध लगाने हेतु प्रेरित करना है।

2. Samriddhi Project - भूमि संस्था द्वारा नयी सोच पर आधारित समृद्धि परियोजना का संचालन 13 वें वित्त आयोग के तहत जनपद नैनीताल के शशबनी वन पंचायत क्षेत्र में दिनांक 01/04/2016 से शुरू किया गया है संस्था को परियोजना संचालन हेतु जनपद स्तर पर अर्थ एवं सांख्यिकी विभाग द्वारा आर्थिक मदद प्रदान करने के साथ ही जिला उद्यान विभाग के साथ मिलकर संस्था द्वारा किये गए कार्यो की मानेटरिंग करने का कार्य भी समय समय पर किया जाता रहा है परियोजना के तहत संस्था द्वारा पहाड़ी क्षेत्र में कृषि एवं बागानों में जंगली जानवरों से होने वाले नुकसान को काम करने के उद्देश्य से जंगली पौधों को ग्राफ्टिंग के माध्यम से फलदार पौधों में बदलने हेतु कार्य किया जाना प्रस्तावित किया गया था, परियोजना के तहत संस्था द्वारा दो हजार पौधों में ग्राफ्टिंग का कार्य किया जाना था जिसके सापेक्ष संस्था द्वारा 2715 पौधों में ग्राफ्टिंग का कार्य पूर्ण कर लिया गया है क्योंकि यह परियोजना उद्यान से सम्बंधित है इसलिए परियोजना की सफलता-असफलता या परियोजना अपने उद्देश्यों में कितनी सफल होती है यह चार-पाँच वर्ष से पूर्व पता चल पाना संभव नहीं है इसी कारण से वर्तमान समय में संस्था स्वयं के प्रयासों से सम्बंधित परियोजना के ग्राफ्टेड किये गए पौधों के देख रेख करने का कार्य सुचारु रूप से पूर्ण कर रही है संस्था को परियोजना से सम्बंधित कुछ पौधों में वर्ष 2020 तक फल प्राप्त होने की पूर्ण उम्मीद है।
